The challenge

Three problems — all at once.

The client managed dozens of physician liaisons running frequent business visits and meetings outside the organization. Controlling departmental activity at that volume was operationally difficult — and expense management tied to the visits was equally daunting.

Their existing outreach application wasn't user-friendly and didn't reflect the liaison workflow. Leadership lacked visibility into field-visit documentation and activity tracking.

What they needed was an intuitive Salesforce app for liaisons working from mobile — capable of capturing visit objectives, meetings, and expenses in real time, with controls for executives to review departmental activity at a glance.
