The challenge

Three problems — all at once.

The client was outgrowing SurveyGizmo — they needed a unified custom platform tailored to the unique requirements of their healthcare-organization customer base, not a generic SaaS.

Generating graphics and dashboards at scale required careful attention to user preferences and data-presentation standards — off-the-shelf chart libraries didn't survive contact with real organizational data needs.

Users had varying levels of technical expertise. The UI had to balance simplicity (for non-technical respondents and decision-makers) with the functional depth analysts expected.

Data integration across multiple sources risked introducing inconsistencies. The platform needed rigorous data-quality protocols, plus scalable architecture for growing volumes of survey data and user traffic without degrading.

What we did

Seven specific things.
